When Closing Outlook 2002, program stops responding

I've just built a new system that is running XP Pro with
Office XP. When I close the program I get a Windows error
that the OutLook.exe has generated an error and
shows "End program now" or "Cancel"

All service packs and hotfixes have been applied for both
XP Pro and Office XP and Outlook.

The system config:
Gigabyte GA-8KNXP
Pentium 4 3.0Ghz 800 FSB
Radeon 9800 Pro
1 Gb Corsair XMS ram
(2) - 120 Gb Seagate HD's as RAID0 (striped)

Any Suggestions?
