When delegate(full permissions) assigns tasks, the update list is.

When a delegate with full permissions assigns a task, the Update list remains
blank. The assignee's acceptance message is not set and the assignees status
message of complete is not sent. Therefore, the task remains waiting for
response on the original owners task list.

How does the original owner get on the Update status list. (under the
"Details" tab)
