Example Outlook suddenly had a corrupt file and would notopen Outlook 2007
the product was purchased a year ago.
spent a day searching online help
then tried to find a contact number all charged over $50!!! for help
i had to down load a trial to keep my business going//
now i get imap mail unavailable pop up from windows...every 2 mins
when i finnallly got thru to a person they said they dont offer support for
trials
i said how about the one a bought a year ago ..(that where the corrupt file
started..can u help me fix that?) we charge if product over 90 days old.
so now i am screwed i am not paying to because there products always need
support and who has time in business to read and become a programmer..it was
tolerable being on the phone with india for and hour...but now being charged
to take there instructions find microsofts problem and fix it....crazy
I i have been a customer since the 90's
I am switching to mac..they might be just as bad..but i least i will know it
going in...u can bet i am going to ask..if they charge for support.
i am getting a mac
