When do you fix the windows defender applic. failed 0x800106ba?!!

since new year, all the xp-pc:s have same problem: On start every time:
Application failed to initialize: 0x800106ba. A problem caused Windows
Defender to stop. To start the service, restart your computer or search Help
to start a service manually.
When do vyoy fix it?!!!
