When does auto-archiving run when set?

In Outlook 2003, when you set auto-archiving to either archive or delete
e-mail items based on age, when does it actually run? In otherwords, if I set
the global auto-archive setting to auto-archive every 1 day, at what time of
the day does it actually run? Same time every day or night? Does any one know
this?
