When does the Adjust Actuals Screen allows edits.

As Administrator what are the additional configurations that need to be met
in order to
be able to make changes to the Adjust Actuals screen in PWA.

I was under the impression that the adjust actuals was available with "Non
Mananged Periods"
which was incorrect.
From the little understanding I have I don't believe "Managed Periods" is
what I want to use.
So I'll forgo using the adjust actuals screen. I was considering it as a way
to distribute
multiple resource updates to a single individual. Since you point out the
additional burdens, I don't think I
am going to take it on at this time.
