When doing a "Find" in a form, would like the "Match" to default to "Any Part of Field"

Can the find and replace "Match" Default be permantly changed from "Whole Field" to "ANy Part of Field"?

Certainly Can!

Click on Tools, Then Options, The click on the Edit/Find
tab. Then ensure that in the Default Find Replace
Behaviour section, the General Search is selected. That
should do the trick.

Thanks, that did work. But, it then defaults to the entire form for the search, instead of the first field (last name). But when I changed the 'edit/find' to 'start of field search' it then used the 1st field again (last name), which is probably what we realy wanted anyway, to key in the beginning of the last name to start the search.
