When emailing my template my text floats around. How to stop?

Hello, After downloading a Micro Soft "email" template and inserted my own
content. I believe the template is a word document. I then send the
document via outlook and some of the text floats around the page. It does
not stay in the text boxes. Is there anything I can do to keep this from
happening.

"I believe" isn't going to make it easy to help you. We need to know for certain what this "template" is.
