How do I receive notification of an email that did not go through due to
wrong address or bounces back?
Thank you

Whether you receive notification depends on the mail server on the other end. It's not something you control.

That's completely up to the server that recognizes the address is invalid.
The standards that define how e-mail works state that you MUST get a
non-delivery report, but not every mail router in the world is
standard-compliant. You have no control over it unless your mail server or
client is blocking or otherwise discarding the NDR.
