When entering tasks

When entering tasks, what would be more appropriate to set to?

Fixed Units, Fixed Work, or Fixed Duration?

I want the number of working hours to remain unchanged for each task.

Secondly, can someone answer a few posts of mine below with subject "MS
Project".

The Fixed setting has no effect when first assigning Resources. It only does
something when editing an assignment. If you don't want the work to change,
fix Work then edit duration (units will recalculate or edit units and
Duration will re-calculate.

Fix one(work, units or duration), edit one and the third one gets
re-calculated

I always use the default of fixed Units as I find that the most flexible and
leads to the least amount of editing overall.
