Email Client: Exchange

I receive my emails from the exchange server, and I have a rule to move this message to my personal inbox in order to keep empty the mailbox in the server.
The rule just indicates to move all messages to the personal inbox.
When the message is moved, I lost the attachments and all formats, colors, and images, I mean, the message is converted to Unicode, and the attachments go to "other world" (I hope I'll recover it some day!!)
How can I indicate, I need to keep the HTML format?

I´ll appreciate your help, because I really don't know how to do it.
Thanks, FF

This is not typical behavior for Entourage if I understand what you're
describing. A rule in Entourage to move something from your Exchange
account folders to a local folder should preserve everything.

How have you created your rule and what settings did you use?
