Hi
I am setting up my entourage account and have created a category
called "website" to assign to the people helping me develop my
website. The problem is, when I choose this as their category then a
message appears saying "this appears to be junk mail." I chose a
different category that I had created (mailing list) and the message
did NOT appear- only when I choose this certain category. I tried re-
naming it and giving it a different color. I made a "rule" that
messages to and from these people get the category "website." Still- I
get the junk mail message? Any ideas???

Are they in your Address Book? If yes, then assign the category ³website² to
these contacts.

Then create a rule.

From is in category website

Move messages to folder xxx

I¹m guessing you have inadvertently created a Mailing List Manager (MLM)
rule that assigns this category to junk. Find the MLM rule and delete it.
It's very easy to set up a MLM rule by accident, when you are marking a
message as 'not junk'. The wording of that dialog is ambiguous to say the
least. Mailing List Manager rules run before your other rules.

Is there a "Junk" category in the categories list? It sounds like maybe the
"Junk" category somehow got renamed to "Website". In the Categories window,
click the "Add Category" button on the toolbar and then create a category
called "Website".
