when i check my printing credit it says "error 89FC"why?

i am a student at wits university and they gave me my pc log-in details.i
have a printing account but every time i log in and check my printing credit
it says "error 89FC".the pc that i use belongs to the university.please help
me out!

This has nothing to do with Word. Contact the IT person at your university.
