when i check remember password in email accounts, it doesnt?

i set up outlook for gmail and hotmail and they work fine...except everytime
i open outlook they ask me for password to access hotmail and gmail... so i
go in modify email accounts and i enter password and say save password...and
it still doesnt save it next time i open outlook...
