when i choose file then print the name of the word document in the taskbar blinks orange and then blue. I have to right click on it for the print screen to appear. Is this normal? If not does anyone have a fix.

It blinks orange basically to get your attention to an application window.

This signals that the Print dialog has opened behind the document window.
This problem is caused by a conflict with the Norton Office Plug-in. See

It does that because of a bug in the Norton AV Office plug-in. Disable the
plug-in and the issue will go away.
