When I click "activate by phone" activation wizard just closes.

I have changed the hardware on my computer (added memory) and Office 2003 is
telling me I need to re-activate. I try via internet and am told I have
reached the limit for my product key and need to activate via phone. So,
when I click back and select "I want to activate software by telephone", the
Activation Wizard simply closes. This happens with every Office 2003 program
(Outlook, Excel, Wrod, etc.).

All - Please ignor. After I posted this, I looked under the MS Office set-up
section and found the solution to my problem posted for someone else who had
asked the same question.
For anyone who has this problem read the article:

It will tell you where to find the opa11.dat file you need to delete.
