I am using Vista and have the icon on my desktop as well as Outlook in my
program list, however all of a sudden today I can't launch either. The
computer thinks for about a second and then nothing happens.

I loaded HP printer driver yesterday - could that have affected it?
HELP! i need my email and contacts!

Hello Dianas,
My name is Rick, and I work with the Windows Vista Outreach Team, and I
would like to help. Have you tried going to “ Windows/allprograms/Microsoft
Office/Microsoft outlook “ and launching it from there? The Icons on your
desktop are just shortcut links to the program. If you get that to work I
would delete the existing shortcut on your desktop, and go to the location I
previously noted and right click on the outlook icon and drag it to your
desktop and that should create a new shortcut. Please let me know if that
helps, if not we can try something else.
Rick
