When I click on the navigation bar it does not go to the page

This is my first project on Publisher 2003. I am trying to create a website.
I used the wizard and the navigation bar is there, but when I click on the
navigation bar it does not go to the page. It's the same with the hyperlink.
I click on it, but nothing happens. The pages are there. I can switch to
the page by the arrows on the bottom of the screen. Do I have to do
something to activate the navigation bar and hyperlink?

Try Web Site Preview or actually publishing the site. Then I would go to:
http://www.publishermvps.com/WebDesign/tabid/29/Default.aspx
and start reading the section on Pub 2003 and the FAQ page. It will save you
a lot of time and frustration.
