What version of Outlook? What add-ins do you have installed? Are you using
a PDA? What is the erroring application?

I am running Office 2000 Outlook SP3.
I can be in any module of Outlook and when I close I get the error.
The error routine can't identify the fault.
No PDA , no special add-ins

Posting a memory dump is useless.
