when i compose email, symbols appear before and after texts

hi,

anyone can help me with my current Outlook set-up? I guess I clicked
something wrong which caused this issue.

everytime i compose or reply to emails, my compose page are having symbols
before and after texts..

How do i resolve this problem? thanks!
