When I copy MS Access Report to MS Excel, the text fields are not.

I have missing resolution report in the MS Access Database and I want to copy
it MS Excel using MS Excel link. When the copying of the MS Excel is
complete, the long issue description field is not being copied to MS Excel
completely and it is cutting of the description if the description is long.
Is there a limit on the text size to copy to MS Excel on fields and how can I
eliminate that problem if there is a limit?
