When I create name badges some of the namesrepeat themselves on the next page

Hi:

I am creating name badges for a conference, two columns on each page. On page one they look okay, but when I click to the next page, the names on the right column from page one repeat on the left column of page two. It does this for the entire document.

PLEASE HELP?!?!?!

It would be most helpful if you'd describe exactly how you're going about
this. The problem & solution may very well hinge on that information.

It's also recommended that you specify your exact Office & OS X version
information any time you request suggestions.
