When I go to format>font, nothing shows up in the preview pane.

It stopped working in the middle of my Word session. Can anyone tell me how
to fix this? I want to be able to see what my fonts will look like from
within the dialog box.

Did you close Word and reboot your computer? Is your printer still set as
the Windows Default printer?

I didn't reboot the computer. The printer is a networked printer shared by 6
computers and controlled by Envisionware software.

If Word loses contact with the printer driver, most of the fonts will
'disappear' except for a few system fonts. So have you now rebooted your
computer and run Word to see if the fonts have returned?
