When I go to insert a picture I get no response.

A Word document is open and when I want to insert a piscutre nothing happens.
I just upgraded to Office 2003 from Offixe XP Pro. The hour glass comes on
when I click on Insert>Picture>From File. Does not go anywhere else to any
folder? Am running Windows 2000 Professional w/sp4.
