when I hit the enter key while composing an email it doublespaces

Please help!

When I'm composing an email letter in Outlook and hit the ENTER key, it
automatically DOUBLE SPACES! This results in the address and phone number
being double-spaced.l It won't allow me to move the curser between the spaces.

PLEASE HELP!
