when i insert a photo it moves locations when viewed on website

i have inserted a photo into Front Page. It looks fine there, but when
viewed online, it moves.

i know this is due to the resolution that my "work" computer has, because
when i go home, it looks fine on my computer. it just depends on which
resolution your computer is on when viewing the website.

how can i "Fix" or "lock" the photo so it is in the right place regardless.
This site was created in layers..if that makes a difference. i inherited the
update for the site.

Thanks for any assistance! this is driving me NUTS!!
