When I launch Outlook 2000 SP3, I keep getting the EULA Accept/Dec

Why, and how do I get rid of it? Pressing Accept, doesn't clear the message
the next time Outlook is launched.

Accepting the license agreement requires admin rights so that
response can be logged to the registry. Log on as administrator
to accept and see if that clears the problem.

Thanks Bob.

I guess I had an incomplete problem description. This is a home system
running W2K Server, W2K Wkstn, XP Pro machine, a couple Solaris boxes and
laptops from work. The XP Pro machine is dedicated to the five year old
without a need for MS Office. The W2K Wkstn is primarily used by the "
responsible adults" in the family.

The W2K Wkstn has Office 2K loaded, via Administrator. The admin and all
non-admin logons, except one, are working fine. Just this one non-admin
account keeps getting the recurring EULA message (and it is my logon). I also
had to run the job MSIEXEC (sp?) with some parms to clear up the recurring
attempt to install and generating the 1706 Error for my logon.

So, this is the twist to the story that I didn't include.

In the real world, I provide system software support for DB2 under z/OS, and
acknowledge that my MS skills are not real current and I could have screwed
up the install.
