When I make a Hyperlink, the next time I use it, it does not work

I have made several Hyperlinks to items on a table of contents and they work
fine the first time, and then I can't get them to work unless I redo the
hyperlink. Does anyone know the answer? Thanks

Look at the code BEFORE and after. Probably, it's changing. See:

If the TOC is generated by a TOC field and you have bookmarked any portion
of its contents, the bookmark is destroyed each time you update the field.
