When I merge word to fax, the format of the recived fax changes

I have Office Xp Professional, the fax came installed with the computer. I
had the same problem that CB did at
http://www.microsoft.com/office/com...b1e9&catlist=&dglist=&ptlist=&exp=&sloc=en-us.
Under the subject of
"Subject: Merge to Fax does not show.....".

I followed what CB did and my now can merge a fax; However what is printing
out on the recipents fax, looks nothing like what is in my word document, on
my screen, or what I print out.

The spacing between lines are larger. It shows in print preview that it is
less then 1 page but they recive 2.

Also I paste a company log at the top of the page, i belive the picture is a
j-peg. That logo faxes as Entire sperate page. A full page

Could it have anything to do with having to fax it to e-mail????

Any ideas???
