When I open an e-mail in outlook it does not dispaly in HTML?

I have to click on the grey bar telling me that it is in RTF and allow it to
appear in HTML, which it does straight away. I never used to have this
problem and cannot find out why it has happened??

Can you be more explicit? What version of Outlook? What grey bar?
