when I open Excel 2007 Beta 2, I got a problem

I can't open it as normal and I got a error message;

"Microsoft Office Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience"

And I clicked the error report as following;

**Error signature
AppName:excel.exe AppVer;12.0.4017.1004 AppStamp:4455214f
ModName:excel.exe ModVer;12.0.4017.1004 ModStamp:4455214f
fDebug:0 Offset: 000c8a81

And it makes me re-open the file in "Safe Mode".
It works in safe mode.

What's wrong on this??? Any resolutions for this with you guys???
Even I reported this to Microsoft, there's no reply...

Help me out!
