When i open Outlook the screen changes from 32 bit to 4 bit

New Dell PC, added a second video card/monitor, worked in beggining, office
2003 sbe, all updates installed. Problem started when Palm software was
installed. Tried uninstalling palm software, office, cleaning registry and
hard disk of office and palm, deleting video devices, upgrading video
drivers. Still same problem after reinstalling.
