When I open Word, it opens very slowly (about 2 to 3 minutes).

I have a copy of Office Standard Edition 2003 (with December 2004
Applications Student Media). I have a problem with Word opening very slowly.
When I open up task manager it does not show up. I installed the Office
Service Pack and it was no help.
