When I press Select Certificate no certificates appear

I am trying to digitally sign a form template, when I press Select
Certificate, under Form Option->Security->Sign this from, no certificates
appear even though I have a Verisign issued code signing certificate on my
machine.

The way I was able to resolve this was the following:
1. Downloaded the Microsoft PVKImport tool
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/vba/technical/pvk.asp).
2. Install the PVKImport tool into a Windows 2000
machine. This I think is the root of the problem. This
tool does not work in XP.
3. Use the PVKImport tool in Win 2000 to export your
VeriSign .pvk and spc. file to a .pfx file.
4. In your Win XP machine where you do your InfoPath
development, right-mouse the .pfx file and do an Install
Certificate.
