When I preview excel attachment in Outlook 2007...

I observed that when I preview excel attachment in Outlook 2007 my other open
excel2007 file ribben will be completely disabled. If I click any option it
does not do anything and no any message at all. Is it a Bug? Is any one know
this issue?
