when i print i get empty pages

i have win xp, office 2007, printer HP
when i sending a file to print i get empty page
i did try in 2 different pc same win office and printer i get the same empty
page
maybe it in the doc setting what can it be ???
I did uninstall and install the printer I did try install different printer
both HP laser and office jet

What do you see in Print Preview? How is the file constructed? Is it all
text boxes?

in print preview i see the page fine, it a simple text doc only

when i copy paste from the doc i try 2 print and get empty page
2 adoc i can print the text print is fine

when i copy paste from a doc i can print fine

what can it be ???

The original document is corrupt. Try Open and Repair to see if that finds
the corruption.

If you can see the document in Print Preview (not just Print Layout view),
then there is something wrong with the printer itself.
