When I print, the text prints outside the boxes

I create a simple flow diagram and double click a box and add text inside the
box. In the screen it looks perfect as well as in print preview. However,
when I print it, the text prints outside the boxes. The problem started when
I loaded 2003 standard vision. Prior to this I had a 2000 version and it
worked fine. Any ideas?

I have not heard about this specific problem before, but please make sure
you have installed Service Pack 2 with Visio 2003. A number of printing
issues were resolved in the service packs.

All I could find on Microsoft.com/Downloads/Visio is a Service Pack 1 for
Visio 2003.

Can you provide a link to Service Pack 2? Thanks so much

As wierd as it sounds if you click on the link for Service Pack 1 and scroll
to the bottom. There is a section labelled "What Others Have Downloading".
The first item is Service Pack 2. The direct link is
