Hi Bucky,

Are you sure the resource's have those days as nonworking in their
calendar? Display the resource sheet and double click on the
resource's name. Click the working time tab and double check their
working time schedule. If you've created a custom calendar for the
project you may also wish to double check that the project calendar
is set as the resource's base calendar. Check the Base Calendar
field in the resource sheet view.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

The resource calendar is set for the non working days which would be July
3,4,5,6 but it has tasks listed on that day.

Hi Bucky,

The To-Do List will show task start and finish. Are you saying that
tasks span over July 3 - 6 (for example start on July 1 and end July
7) or do you have tasks that start on the nonworking days? If the
tasks span the nonworking days, that is expected but there should be
no work scheduled for the nonworking days. Take a look at the Task
Usage or Resource Usage views -- is there actually work scheduled
for those days -- check the timescaled portion (right side) of the
view.

Do you have task calendars assigned to tasks with "scheduling
ignores resource calendars" selected? Are there other resources
assigned to those tasks which do not have nonworking time in their
calendars?
