WHEN i SAVE A FILE JOSEPH IT IS SAVED AS ~$SEPH?

when I try to say a file as Joseph it is save as ~$seph. I have to delete
it and then have to save it again and it will accept it as Joseph the second
time as the file name

A file that starts with the characters ~$ is not your document, it's one of
