HELP

When I save a file on the hard-drive, it is fine, I can re-open,do work and
save it again. However, when it has been saved to a cdrw, when I open it up
it is read only. How can I stop that from happening? I want to be able to
store it on cdrw and then open it up and work on it again and save it back to
the cdrw.
