When I send my email the pictures sent do not show up to others.

Everyone tells me that they do not receive a picture. Even if I send it as
an attachment.
I am using ms office 2003 Outlook

Try posting to an Outlook support newsgroup. This newsgroup supports the
OneNote program only. If this once worked for you, try going to Help/Repair
and try that before posting. Then, if necessary, mention in your post that
you tried that and it didn't work Mention also what updates you've applied
to Outlook, and any plug-ins you might be using.
