when I send/recieve email it doesnt accept my name/password

Microsoft's flaky Help system has misled you into posting this
question about your mail program (Outlook? Outlook Express? something
else? you don't say) in a newsgroup for the database program Microsoft
Access.

Please scroll down the list of newsgroups and select one appropriate
for whatever mail program you're using.
