when i start outlook is say reinstall metamail?

just installed office 2003. when i start outlook it say a new vs of outlook
has been installed reinstall metamail for outlook to work properly.
How do I reinstall metamail?

Are you actually using Metamail? If not, close Outlook, search for your
extend.dat file (if you use Windows 2000 or XP, make sure you include hidden
folders in your search), and delete that file. Then restart Outlook and
hopefully you won't get that error message anymore.
