They are NOT special rights, damnit!

I had Office 2ooo, and got this message every time I start up Word. I
recently installed Office 2003 standard edition and still get the same
message every time I open a document. I am sure I have everything updated,
insatalled correctly and bug-free. Ot does work once I press "OK" but it
wastes time and sometimes I lose the dialog aand can't open another file
until I locate and c;ose it. There is also a "Help" button next to the "OK"
but it hasn.t been any help.

You have a defective global template or add-in, which would not be
affected by upgrading.
