when I sync my outlook with server in different time zone time is

On my work pc Im running office 2007. When I sync with the company exchange
server it changes the times of all appointments or jobs on my calendar by one
hour. If I have something that is from 2 to 4 pm, after syncing it becomes 3
to 5 pm. The process of syncing is to pull jobs created in field point.
All patches and updates have been applied. I am in est one hour ahead of the
location of the exchange server. Please help!
