When I try to paste a picture into word, all I get is a blank box

When I try to paste a picture from an internet website, all I get is a blank
box, and this is very frustrating. The same thing happens with powerpoint. I
read another post similar to mine, and is said to go to Tools... Options...
and make sure to check drawing instead of pictures. I did all of this and
nothing has changed... Someone please help me!!!

Try saving the picture into a folder, or even just put it on the desktop;
then
copy it from there.

Hey,
Try this:
Tools>Options>View tab. Uncheck the 'Picture Placeholders' box, and your
images will appear from now on. This has bugged me for months!
