When I try to Save the Enterprise Resource Pool I receive error

When I try to Save the Enterprise Resource Pool I receive error 9146.
This is related to date formats I guess.
Additional Info:
SQL Server Collation is Cyrrilic.
The Application Log message is:

This also happens when I try to Update the OLAP cube.

The interesting thing here is that when I try to update the OLAP cube
through PWA using the IE on the Server it work fine. I have done some tracing
throgh SQL Profiler but I only see that the operation for Cube updating is
starting.

When you build the cube from the server, and use the build now function, you
logon as administrator is being used to authenticate to SQL and Analysis
services. If the scheduled build is failing, this would indicate a problem
with the COM+ account.
