I have Visio2002 and Excel2000.
I have the custom properties of a shape in visio linked to a spreadsheet in
excel.
In Visio, when I update the database record of the shape, the properties
correctly update, but the shape itself blows up to about 10 times it's
original size. The shape was originally something I drew. I changed it to a
square and it still blows up. I changed the 'Behaviour' to lock the width,
height, aspect ratio, x and y position (little locks show up on the handles),
but it still blows up. I can lock the layer but then I can't select it to do
the update.
My file is not being shared with other people and my page properties are
11x17 with no funky stuff in it. I have about 30 shapes I need to update and
I don't want to have to resize them, especially since they have connection
points to other objects. Any Ideas?
