when i use frontpage , my cpu usage jumps to 100% and wont fall down why ??

I use frontpage edit some web page .. but when i try to
type in some chinese words in a table .. my pc's cpu usage
jumps to 100% and wont fall down ... during such a long
time ....
anyone can help me or tell me the reason ???

2 days before i just formated my hard disk and reinstall
the windows 2000 and frontpage 2000

my PC is PIII 800 Mz memory 256 MB
Harddisk 20 G and free 15 G
