When I use mailto and click Send, mail isn't sent immediately

Hello
I think there is a problem in Outlook 2007.
When I click on "mailto" link (e.g. mailto:[email protected]) it shows me new
message window after that I click "Send" button to send my email; the problem
is the email is not sent immediately, I should launch Outlook 2007 to send
it. Outlook Express and Windows Mail don't like that.
What's problem?

P.S. My OS is Windows Vista.
